Round 1
Published:
The fact is the Founding Fathers put slavery on the road to extinction. First they declared that all men were created equal and that all men had God given rights no matter their skin color then they came up with the 3/5ths Clause, Then they ended the slave trade, And lastly they prohibited slavery in the the Territories. Yes, The Founding Fathers realized that slavery was against their belief in liberty and sought to exterminate this great evil in their liberty loving government they had created.

Round 2

I will still wait.
Published:
I concede this debate and am 'on holiday' from formal debating for as long as I please.
Round 3
Published:
Sounds good.
Published:
If you are serious about this debate topic, I will genuinely have it with you with all these settings at a later date. I understand if you don't want to, because you'd have given me more time to think and angle things against your Round 1 but that's a risk you need to be willing to take if you truly want to have this debate formally.

I will promise you that I'll have it as my only debate and put a lot of research into it, alone, with no other debate to deter from it or distract me. If you want a safety net, I will even have it be unrated. I am trying to truly learn how to impress all voters, even my enemies, in debates and want to experiment a more eloquent 'charm the reader' style of debating than I typically use.
Round 4
Published:
Sounds good. I will look forward to it.
Published:
to help you a little, I will give you a more troll-ish angle to take that will tilt the enemy:

They put slavery on the road to exctinction because determinism is true and their starting of America and the snowball effects of slavery as well as the abolition of slavery were both due to them equally.

This angle has counters, including that even today slavery happens (even technically when you make prisoners do manual labour or whatever, that is slavery as is prison in general but I am talking about organised slavery where America actively trades with nations that engage in horrific factory conditions, child labour etc.) I would turn the concept of determinism back on you by elaborating on slavery and how the very structure of America has always been white-male-centric.
