Description

Capital punishment: the legally authorised killing of someone as punishment for a crime.(OED)

By banned, the motion means that it should be banned in all 50 states + D.C. of the United States of America.

The number of allowed charectors is not a suggestion, but just to ensure people are not too limited by text.

Other definitions will be up in Round 1

Say "Falafel of Fawful" 10 times fast ;)

@Intelligence_06

Hi User.

"Fawful" is a character in the Mario & Luigi superstar saga, so saying Fawful Falafel is the same as saying Falafel of Fawful.

Fawful likes falafels :)

-->
@PressF4Respect

As comical as this is, Fawful is a noun, not an adjective.

BTW this is just user but new.

@TheUnderdog

Kudos, my friend, kudos.

@PoliceSheep

P1: Money is capitol
P2: Capital punishment is punishment with loss of capitol

C1: Therefore, capitol punishment is merely a fine.

Why ban fines?
