-------------------
I. Not Example Of Help

The use of TANF(Welfare Checks) is not the best way we can support the people. These checks fail and there are better ways to take it out.
There are more effective ways ways to use these TANF programs.  States have gotten control and abused the power of these programs and this has caused loopholes and things like that to evolve. Then these states use the checks to help THEIR problems, focusing less on background checks and if they are eligible for the job, and this is causing hood rats and gang bangers to rely on that income to get their respect and then cause the poor people to suffer. They don't help anyone, in fact they stayed the same since the great recession. Since the funds get lower and lower now, then they fund less families and others. They fail. This article is the info

Read this up. They make great points why welfare checkes fail at helping poor families, and only help gangs and hoodlums and thugs

The article states that they are now reaching fewer families, the people that need it the most. They now focus on the individual needs and now, these states are increasing in crime. So this causes the crime rate to up.

The argument is clear, welfare checks don't help us and is ultimately a failuire

II. Middle Class Suffer

It's obvious that they pay taxes and do all that stuff, while holding on to jobs. The middle class suffer the most, because they pay taxes to fund these programs when all they do is give funds to hoodlums. Trump isn't planning on even cutting the taxes for middle class: https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/23/us/politics/trump-tax-cuts-middle-class.html

The middle class get the blow here. TANF is state funded and federally funded. So the money gets used for funding TANF, and when it fails at it's job of providing for the good and needy, it causes the middle classes money to be wasted

The problem here is that there is no tax cuts for the middle class, so they pay this broken system of TANF to fund the thugs and gangbangers to commit crime, and then they blame the middle class for starting this. This is bad

I am interested. Do you want a removal of welfare benefits or what?
#13
Added:
Supa, you would easily get an opponent here if we knew what the fuck you were trying to argue. Is this about eliminating welfare, eliminating police welfare checks, going paperless when giving people welfare checks. We honestly don't know what this debate is about or your position on whether you are pro or con on the topic
#12
Added:
So are you pro or con on welfare going paperless?
#11

If anyone want's to just have a normal LD type debate, feel free. No Policy terms like T, DA, K, CPs, or Theory
