I am saying, the value of art should depend on how audience perceives and experiences it, most importantly above anything else.
Art: the conscious use of skill and creative imagination especially in the production of aesthetic objects, including films, paintings, books, etc.
Value: to rate or scale in usefulness, importance, or general worth (not necessarily merely monetary based)
Con may ask, "what else could it be measured by?" They may argue that all art has equal value. They may argue it should be based on the artist's own value on the art. They may argue the impact on society itself (cultural representation value), rather than societal experience. There are many methods to tackle this topic.
