single-sex schools are better for student learning and mental health

In Saudi Arabia, teachers only know how to teach their own gender, which means male teachers only teach male students and female teachers only teach female students. So what is my opinion about this? I personally think that that we still haven't evolved enough to be able to fully interact with the other gender. By that I mean a country like Saudi Arabia is evolving but it didn't reach the point where we could have mixed schools. Some parents don't want their children to be in mixed-gender classrooms because, especially at certain ages, students of the opposite sex can be a distraction. Also some research indicates that girls learn better when classroom temperature is warm, while boys perform better in cooler classrooms. If that's true, then the temperature in a single-sex classroom could be set to optimize the learning of either male or female students.

In myopinion, interacting with the other gender can make you more socialized and confident, and valuable to others. Having mixed schools willmake the students motivated and try to impress the other gender and they will try to achieveacademically so they can prove themselves. Studying in a mixed school will makestudents more competitive in an efficient way. Some schools in Saudi Arabia aremixed. Notonly the west has mixed schools, there are a lot of countries in the east thatare mixed. For example in the UAE all the schools are mixed. In my opinion, mixed schools motivate student to achieve higher marks in order to impress theother gender.
