Description

World Leaders: A world leader is someone who is the leader of a country. List: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_current_heads_of_state_and_government

Term Limits: Term limits are the restrictions that are placed on how long a particular person can serve in a political office. Term limits can be expressed in the number of terms in office or years of service, and they can also specify whether a person may serve in the same office once term limits have been reached and the individual has laid out of an election cycle. The most well-known term limit that has been defined by the United States constitution is for the office of the presidency as spelled out in the 22nd amendment:

"No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of President more than once." (https://www.thebalancecareers.com/term-limits-1669489#:~:text=Term%20limits%20are%20the%20restrictions,serve%20in%20a%20political%20office.)

Pro: The majority or all of "World Leaders" should have term limits.
Con: The majority or all of "World Leaders" should not have term limits.

Reason:

Argument - Full forfeiture by Con - Pro

Sources - 1. https://www.lawfareblog.com/when-leaders-override-term-limits-democracy-grinds-halt . Pro produced that and Con made no objection - Pro

S&G - Pros spelling and grammar was better given that Con wrote nothing. Write just one word and it's a tie - Pro

Conduct - I already punished Con for his full forfeiture by awarding Pro with the argument. As Con also did not conduct in any personal attacks or resort to profanity then I guess he should be punished only once with any positives taken in to consideration.

Con's argument in forfeiture was still more intelligent than most world leaders.
