The impossibility of 'moments' if reality is changing
Let's start analysing the self-contradictory way that moment has two definitions and it becomes impossible to determine which one is the case.
So, for instance, let's say that you had a moment, in which Pro had you believe that reality changed because a tiger's ear had altered its form, or because the human skull shape has altered across different races, ethnicities due to natural selection over many generations. These things are all several moments, not a moment.
What I am saying here is that at any moment, reality is static, for that is what makes it a moment.
Nonetheless, if moments are not taken to be static, if they are fluid but just very small periods of time, I'd then like to explore the next angle of semantics and philosophy...
==
Reality exists outside of time.
Things fluctuate and alter over time, no matter how infinitesmally small that time may be. If moments are considered to not be short enough to be considered static, it then follows that the duration of the changes itself was within a static reality outside of that parameter.
Reality dosn't change because something inside of it changes, the very thing we call time itself is a variable inside of reality, not something reality moves through. It is the same reality, the same 'outer container' if you will, that is encasing the entire change occuring to the contents within it.
Even if every single thing within the reality really did change and we said the time it changed was small it enough to call it a moment, the reality hasn't changed, only its contents have done so.
The reality is intangible because it is actually a semantic absolute, it is everything even if 'every thing' in fact altered at a certain moment.
In essence, yes, this is predominantly semantic field of battle that comes down to the skill of both debaters.
I actually think that it's Pro who wins this if both sides play perfectly, though I won't reveal how or why.
either truism or falsism.
In Round two I will justify why the changes themselves end up all being part of the reality, no matter what
