brilliant idea LOL, so I can pass the background check, sell it on the black market and make big bucks, then there are those who reload.....
This sort of thing should be stuck down by the Supreme Court as being overly burdensome and unconstitutional.

oh and criminals don't practice, hunt or train generally, it's an extremely useless gesture if it's actually about crime and criminals.  Criminals already don't get back ground checks hence the title, criminal.......duh.

This is actually going to help criminals more and hurt police. Gun registration has created millions of filed off serial numbers used in crimes, and now with ammo registration, criminals will probably modify their guns to collect spent casings which the police routinely use to track people down. Criminals RARELY are caught with registered anythings.

that's true even Maryland finally gave in on it's bullet case registry when it cost the tax payers around 5 million and never solved one crime, not even one lol
if this b.s. isn't an infringement I don't know what is.
