brilliant idea LOL, so I can pass the background check, sell it on the black market and make big bucks, then there are those who reload.....
This sort of thing should be stuck down by the Supreme Court as being overly burdensome and unconstitutional.
oh and criminals don't practice, hunt or train generally, it's an extremely useless gesture if it's actually about crime and criminals. Criminals already don't get back ground checks hence the title, criminal.......duh.
