Canadians don't have guns either, so the government can collect whatever the Canadian public will bear, until they have yellow shirt protests like in France.
22% to 29% of US citizens own at least one gun.

Three percent of the population own half of the civilian guns in the US. [LINK]

26% of Canadians, over 7,000,000 people, own firearms. [LINK]

No such thing as fairness. That is life. Are you saying kids get to pick who they are born to? Why should anyone have to pay to get their families stuff? You will it and they get it. You pay tax on property all your life and you kids have to pay to get it when you legally left it to them then pay the taxes themselves every year? You not liking your parents situation is not some rich kids fault.

97% of Americans are not affected by the "death tax".

Steven Mnuchin argues that the 3% that are subject to the "death tax" are unaffected because of their masterful estate planning.

Therefore, we should raise the estate tax to 100% because apparently nobody would be affected by this.

If nobody is paying the estate tax, why are the republicans so desperate to repeal it? [LINK]

Why do you think these "woke" billionaires like to influence government? Who do you think is really in control here? It certainly aint the common man.
Yeah, we should stick it to those billionaires by lowering their tax burden, and removing inheritance and estate tax that disproportionately targets them. That will send the desired message that little people like you will not let them wield disproportionate influence over us policy.

And no it's not a fair tax when corporations and people wealthy enough to offshore their assets are exempt and middle class families are not.
>Has 11 million in assets
>Is middle-class

Pick one.

So just set up the tax system that doesn't allow that. It's not rocket surgery.

Good point.
