(Heb. 10:5-14). "The priesthood being changed (from the Levites to Christ), there is made of necessity a change also of the law"

Boom, the NT is valid not the old so stop obsessing over bronze age laws atheists

I dispute your claim that Jesus disobeyed the law of Moses.

But it was established early on in the church that gentile converts did not have to become Jews.

"For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;
That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well."

I find the easiest way to avoid blood is to be vegetarian. Kosher meat has the blood drained out of it, but non kosher meat still tends to be bloody.

Jesus did not break the law.

The pharisees tried to accuse Jesus of doing this for healing people on the sabbath and such.

“Teacher,” they said to Jesus, “this woman was caught in the act of adultery.5 The law of Moses says to stone her. What do you say?”
6 They were trying to trap him into saying something they could use against him, but Jesus stooped down and wrote in the dust with his finger. 7 They kept demanding an answer, so he stood up again and said, “All right, but let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone!” 8 Then he stooped down again and wrote in the dust.
9 When the accusers heard this, they slipped away one by one, beginning with the oldest, until only Jesus was left in the middle of the crowd with the woman.10 Then Jesus stood up again and said to the woman, “Where are your accusers? Didn’t even one of them condemn you?”
11 “No, Lord,” she said.
And Jesus said, “Neither do I. Go and sin no more.”

This is not an example of Jesus violating the law.

But it certainly is an example of mercy.

I don't believe Jesus violated the law by not taking it on himself to be enforcer.

Jesus was a Jew. Jesus was circumcised. Jesus followed Judaism.

Matthew 5:17 Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets. I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them.

I believe what the church teaches, and the church teaches that Jesus was sinless and obeyed the law.

The Gospel and Hebrews are different.

Jesus was talking about the prophets from the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament)
In fact Matthew quotes more from the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament) than the other Gospel writers.
You are very scripturally ignorant.

The people called it blasphemy which was punishable by death.

John 10:33 - “We are not stoning you for any good work,” they replied, “but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God.

This proves Jesus was a blasphemous liar. Now you know why  the Jews rejected Jesus.

Why worry?
Matthew 15:11 "A man is not defiled by what enters his mouth, but by what comes out of it.”

and 17-18:"Do you not yet realize that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and then is eliminated?  But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart, and these things defile a man."
