8 People Max will choose which states they want to occupy. From there, a day is simulated and they get a certain amount of troops for that certain amount that state produces. The day goes and as troops train, someone can attack a certain state with the number of troops a state has stored
EXAMPLE
Texas holds 7 troops and Oklahoma hold 4 troops, Texas wins and has 3 troops remaining. If Kansas has 2 troops, then they can attack Kansas and have one troop holding it down
