Trying to get into anime so I bought a subscription to crunchyroll and I want to hear if there are any good shows to watch.

For reference some animes I've already watched are,

1. Sword Art Online

2. Death Note

3. The Blue Exorcist

Have you watched all 3 seasons of SAO?

(As for your question I could give you a very detailed list.)

First 2 and I hated everything after the first season.
Long form:
Naruto
Hunter x Hunter
Bleach, but only til the end of the soul society arc. Top tier show til then, then it starts to drop.

Short series:
Cowboy bebop
Hellsing ultimate (and its youtube abridged series)
Outlaw star
Log horizon

Movies:
Redline
Berserk golden age trilogy

Manga:
*One piece. Amazing show, anime has some major flaws and takes some getting used to, but once your hooked its the best show of any format or genre. All about that world building. Manga is superior.

Berserk. Anime old anime uses too many still frames and new anime is garbage cgi. Manga is superior and far ahead.

Gantz. Amazing show that gets better with every arc til the apocalyspe. Anime stops at the first really good arc ans then ends it with a terrible arc that was never in the manga.

I thought that Cowboy Bebop wasn't on crunchy roll?

No idea. Dont have crunchy roll. But its a damn good anime worth a watch.

Gantz and berserk are super duper dark.
One piece and redline are just a ton of fun.

Yeah, it's not. If you're looking for anime on Crunchyroll worth watching, then I'd recommend:

Attack on Titan
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (though, in my opinion, it's not as good as its 2003 incarnation.)
Mobile Suit Gundam: (Wing/0096/Iron Blooded Orphans) - all good selections.
