Biden NEVER "went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution".
Please present a COUNTER FACTUAL.

FACT - There is absolutely no evidence, no recordings, no video, no sworn testimony that Biden "went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution" of Hunter Biden.

THIS STATEMENT IS A BALD-FACED-LIE.

And for the record, I don't give a flying flip about Biden, I think he's a crook and a complete idiot, BUT you should be SMART ENOUGH to actually accuse people of things they ACTUALLY DID.

I can't believe how easily they can get you to drink their OPINION kool-aid.
--> @Greyparrot
Did you even watch your own clip?

What exactly is being investigated here?

--> @3RU7AL

This.

And you have yet to comment on Durham's beard.

Getting the head of the STATE DEPARTMENT to give their OPINION on CONSTITUTIONAL LAW is a RED-HERRING.

This person has no authority over congressional hearings.

No authority whatsoever.

This impeachment process is IDENTICAL TO THE BILL CLINTON IMPEACHMENT.

All of this "fair and open hearings" BS is pure PROPAGANDA.
Minority had subpoena power in Bill Impeachment. Also, vote to proceed was bipartisan.

Nothing is identical.

The constitution gives the house of representatives 100% discretion to make up whatever rules they want regarding impeachment.

Nobody can complain about it being "unfair" or "illegal" or "sham" process.

The process is 100% constitutional.

Plus, they're releasing the transcripts of the testimony and holding open hearings.

The process is 100% constitutional.

Since you are not an independent, you really do not understand the optics.

This is why the partisan House minus 2 Democrats hoping to keep their job is busy removing an elected president.

Since you are not an independent,
I'm most certainly not a "democrat".

you really do not understand the optics.
And by "optics" you actually mean OPINION AND PROPAGANDA.

It doesn't matter if the impeachment isn't "bipartisan", that's not a constitutional requirement.

Get Your Facts Straight.

Conservatives love to say how much this impeachment is going to help Trump in 2020.

If that is truly the case, then they should be 100% in favor of it.

If THE FACTS ARE TRULY ON YOUR SIDE, STOP SPREADING OBVIOUS LIES AND CONFLATING OPINION WITH FACT.

An appeal to motive (also known as "dime-store-psychoanalysis") is a naked AD HOMINEM.

The entire Schiff show is an appeal to emotion.

Are you talking about the impeachment investigation?

Can you please be more specific?

"Barr and Giuliani have absolutely no business interacting with foreign nations."
-- Barr does.  His positioned was named in a treaty between the US and the Ukraine for purposes of helping each other regarding criminal acts.
--> @FaustianJustice
It is commonplace for the Justice Department to seek assistance from foreign governments in gathering evidence or providing access to witnesses, in both the investigative and the trial phases of criminal cases. With respect to Ukraine specifically, the United States has had a treaty on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters for nearly 20 years. [LINK]

Good point.  I'm stunned that this hasn't been mentioned up to this point.

Do you have any defense of Giuliani's involvement?
--> @3RU7AL
I can only surmise that the reason why this was not done through the method we have treaty with is that Trump wanted the importance of his "favor" done in such a manner that it circumvented normal routes for such a request.  By bringing it to personal party attention, to me, it sounded as though he wanted anything beneficial against the Bidens, and his concern for corruption was a distant second, if present at all.  I would also surmise that the mouth piece would be able to more detail the nature of the 'favor'.
--> @FaustianJustice

I agree.  (IFF) Hunter Biden is accused of a crime (THEN) that alleged crime must be made explicit.

It makes no sense to put Hunter Biden at the top of the list, unless you have very good evidence that Hunter Biden is somehow the Master Architect or the Kingpin of Ukrainian Government Corruption.

Lots of people are paid millions of dollars to sit on corporate boards, and there is virtually zero barrier to entry.  This is not a crime.  It's a smear campaign.  Trump is counting on The Liar's Dividend.

Debunking fake or manipulated material like videos, audios or documents, ultimately could stoke belief in the fakery. As a result, even after the fake is exposed, it will be harder for the public to trust any information on that particular topic. [LINK]
