If I were to vote Democrat, what would I be voting for? I already get the whole Trump Derangement Syndrome point of view to vote against  Trump or a  Republican so don't even bother with that. I vote FOR people, not against them out of spite. So what policies are Democrats putting forward that will make things easier for me to make a living and not be dependent on govt for anything other than infrastructure and true legitimate functions of govt.

If you were a democrat, you would be voting for open borders, government run healthcare, welfare for the planet, and a 98% tax on the rich.

medicare for all will improve most people's lives. preserving the safety net against hard line republicans, is the right thing to do. a lot of republicans want to get rid of social security and medicare for seniors, so that's something that should be put on the liberal side as well.

So socialized healthcare and don't recall anyone saying they want to get rid of SS.  Like I stated in the beginning I want nothing to do with being dependent on govt for anything. Don't want anything to do with the govt telling me what kind of healthcare I can have. Do what we say or no healthcare is all I see coming from that.

That's what's going on right now in Venezuela. Instead of going out into the fields, rolling up their sleeves, and farming food, the people are trained to protest in front of government buildings and make home made weapons and firebombs when they get hungry...only to discover that government buildings don't actually produce anything...such as food or healthcare for example...

In the US you don't vote for parties, you vote for individuals.

If you are interested in what policies and stances you are voting for, then the specific individual is most certainly relevant. The idea that voting for Ocasio-Cortez is the same as voting for Joe Manchin is just stupid.

You'd be voting for the more constructive kind of corruption.

The following is true for American adults:

Most dumb people vote Republican.
Most geniuses vote Democrat.

Facts are facts but what I just stated is deeper than facts; it's a trend. Trends don't deceive over a long period of time.

Reasons to vote Dem:
  • They always have the more sustainable option.
  • They mostly have the morally superior option.
  • They seldom ignore the majority who voted them income-bracket-wise.
  • They never piss off the wrong foreigners.

Hooray Chicago and Detroit and California, the great sustainable paradises!

  • They mostly have the morally superior option.
Hooray for Theocracies!

Yah, they just ignore the deplorables who don't heed the call.

  • They never piss off the wrong foreigners.
Why not? Most foreigners suck, that's why they all want to escape to here.

They are under Trump's Federal regime with many poor in their areas. I am not going to react to the rest of your nonsense.

The fact is that they have given the American people nothing to vote for.

Examine closely the things they say and the contradictions pop up.

Republicans are old
Republicans want to cut social security

Republicans are religious
Republicans have no morality

Republicans pander to their base
Republicans pander to corporations

Republicans are populists
Republicans divide the population

They will lose again.

OK.

The post was not to you, so if you cannot see, or will not admit to the contradiction, .....eh.

I don't know... i don't like any parties at the moment. This entire world is a pyramid scheme and all i see is powerful people trying to sustain that. You wouldn't feed me grapes if i asked you bc we are equal. If i gave you a thousand bucks however, you may do it... powerful people are addicted to that. Until there is some kind of huge awakening... i don't think i will ever be for these politician sobs.

A vast majority of people are brainwashed to accept this pyramid scheme. If i vote Republican they promise me hard work will get me to the top of the pyramid, bs. If i vote democrat, they promise they will have government take care of me, bs. So... what can i really do? The only person i can trust is myself and those around me i trust. I guess i would vote for the politicians that throw a wrench in the system which in turn makes it easier for me to hack the system as i've been doing. That is one of the only ways to succeed in this world. Becoming a creative genius or manipulate the system. I'm good at manipulation so i'll go that route for now. Doesn't matter if they have an R or a D next to their name... help me manipulate the system and i'll vote for them.

Nope, just opinions. Nothing govt does is sustainable. Hence 21 trillion in debt. For something to be sustainable it must not require incurring debt of future generation to keep it going. Every Single govt program without exception runs at a deficit. Yes even SS. Don't even try the, There is a special fund for that.
