The site's vote reporting function is operational. While you can of course still PM a moderator with your report, you may now also simply click the report button (the flag icon) on a suspect vote in order to bring it to moderation's attention.

You have to hold down the mouse so it turns red same with a real comment, the alternative is either spamming you or it somehow cancelling out.

At least for me, I just have to click it once, no need to hold down the mouse and wait. It turns red right after.

Yeah, when you click on the flag, it sends the request to the server and awaits for the response, when the response arrives, only then it changes the icon so that's why there is a lag in the animation.
