Question about top header for the website

I have a question: when I am on a user's profile, the top header looks different than if I go to the forum or the debates. Why does this happen?

Because the mods and the admin haven't updated the profile pictures. It is the old layout.

Hi, so the issue happens because at the moment the website is going through a "renovation" process and some pages already have the new layout and some still have the old one.
