How many active members are there usually? And are there any plans to add a way to search for members?

you can search for people, go to the leader boards  page and type a name into the filter participants input box in the top right. That's how it is on PC anyway.

Yeah but that only shows the people who have done debates. Most people have at least posted one forum post, so just search it up there.

Any idea if there's a way to search someone who hasn't had a debate? Like if two new people wanted to find each other

Sadly it rarely works. Most people who "haven't had a debate" but still exists either left the site or has no interest in debating.

Yep, go to the forum leaderboard and search for a user in the input box that says filter participants. Every active user ever user has at least one forum post so every member you could ever want are in there. This avoids the problem you might run into searching in the debates leader board because many prominent members don't have debates.

You see people with 0 debates with the latest post 1 year ago. Most of these people are short-timers and have left the site before sitting the bench warm.

Always filter it by latest post. The people who posted most recently have a tendency to be interested. Finding people that are no longer active is mostly a waste.

True, but I think that's what Sum1hugme wants, he seems to want as broad of a database as possible to observe members from, perhaps I am mistaken.

I think minus all the banned users(which are all not active anymore), it is less than 321 members. I think the "active" ones are like 100 or so, with 40 or so being regular.

It's a much larger active community than I anticipated
