How does the site determine what to put in the Quality Debates section? I'm positive i've seen FFs on there.

I think it's determined by an algorithm. There's probably a few input requirements:
- No forfeits. There are no FFs on there (aside from maybe a debate in which every round is waived. The algorithm just sees that there is text in every round of the debate, but it can't differentiate whether that text actually includes argumentation or not)
- Has a vote
- Maybe a minimum rating for each debater?
- etc. I'm not sure on the specifics.
