they are superior due to the laws of political correctness.  you can't say that their smaller brains and lower IQ and test scores makes them less intelligent. but you can say that they have superior athletic ability. thus, they are equally smart, but physically advantaged... making them genetically superior. 

here's some science that points to them being able to run better, and such. 

then again, maybe it might be permissible politically to say asians with their bigger brains and better test scores, are smarter. just as long as we're not contrasting blacks with whites in a negative way, then maybe there's more leeway than i might expect.

You obviously can't say they are better, or worse.

Even if Black people really are good at running, they probably aren't better at other things. You wouldn't call an athlete "greater" than, say, a programmer.

it might not be peer reviewed science articles, but the article i posted is a credible source. 

where does the article say it might be a cultural thing? even if it might be more cultural, there are objective differences between the races that give advantage or disadvantage in athletics. it pretty much has to be partially physical racial characteristics makes a difference, too. but you lack the critical thinking skills needed to acknowledge the truth, as usual.

It's not politically correct either. Speculation of physical superiority is often about showing that blacks are apes like. Humans are naturally at a disadvantage with apes physically, because apes are more animal than man.

Not to mention superiority claims are often based on whites claiming that weak blacks were bred out for slave owners to have better slaves.

So it wouldn't be PC to claim blacks are more athletic (code for animal like).

Um... no? It's about scientists hypothesizing without actually delivering any experimentation to TEST the theory out, this is exactly where psuedoscience comes from... ordinary people taking scientists hypothesis and presuming it to be correct without any further demonstration. 

Additionally, the sample size for their "observation" is incredibly limited, ironic how they don't consult other sports that require the same muscles in different regions huh? Kinda fun how they haven't factored in geographical socieconomic factor, again, this is why we need studies - there are too many variables to take an explanation and assume it is correct because it is possible - regardless of how "credible" your source is, without valid content, this specific article is baseless.

the findings in my article were published in a journal. you just dont like the results. i have evidence, all you have is speculation that it's incomplete evidence. it showed in the sample (from a bunch of different countries) that was published in a journal that blacks had longer legs and shorter torsos, and that even when the blacks were dispersed around the globe, the fastest ones could usually trace their lineage to west africa. i have the point that olympic athletes push themselves to their maximum, yet it's overwhelmingly blacks who dominate in running. which would reasonably lead one to believe there's physical differences if everyone is pushing themselves to their maximum. i could cite other evidence such as showing that blacks have more lean muscle mass and other evidence, but it's not needed to make the point. 
again, i have good, credible evidence. all you have is speculation and skepticism. it's fair to make conclusions about the world without every conclusions being in a comprehensive peer reviewed study. it's called common sense. of which you apparently have very little.

he got me on a tangent that it's fair to say the races have physical differences, that's all. my overall point still stands, that given political correctness it's arguably fair to say blacks are superior. that point of mine is only made for the purposes of irony, which i assumed was implied to the reader.

So what? it's not like you can tell who has west african dna without a dna test. What's the point?

There's plenty of people with significant amounts of west African DNA that don't look anywhere close to black. Not to mention everyone is a mutt and there are no pure west african races left on the planet. 

Do you think society should mandate DNA tests at birth and arbitrarily lump the people into tribes against their will?

Sounds pretty fucked up.

It's neither the DNA nor the skin color that is the cause of Nigerian Immigrants earning far above the median household income in America.

Culture is far, far more important to a person's prosperity in a civilized society than ANY genetic phenotype.

So why do you care about something so trivial?

u r making too many irrelevant points to reasonably keep track of. there are physical differences among the races, when the races are at their purest. that's the only point i'm making. some people show more purity in their DNA that those physical differences manifest themselves. sometimes those differences make them better or worse at some things. the fact that most people are mutts is irrelevant to the core message here.

Finally: you are aware that the results that said "vaccines causes autism" was also published in a journal? we should limit abortion a lot. we should get spending under control. congress spends like a drunken sailor and that's not a good thing. i'm not woke i'm more like anti woke. i make lots of gay jokes and black jokes and all that. universal housing and child care is getting too socialistic. i'm more of a liberal on gun control but i think there's a human right to have a gun. free trade is generally a good thing. less regulation is a good thing. smaller government is better when possible. and local is better oriented to many issues. i agreed with trump on limiting food stamps and disability in the ways he was trimming them, given he wasn't taking an ax to those programs. gay marriage is a state issue. 
just some ideas off the top of my head.
