Religion has shaped societies for centuries, but its influence has not always been positive. From abuse scandals within religious institutions to wars fought in the name of faith, religion has often caused harm while failing to protect the vulnerable. When institutions meant to teach morality instead cover up wrongdoing, we must question whether religion truly serves the common good
What would say to the statistical evidence that religion is the cause of less than 7% of all wars that have ever been recorded in human history? A simple google search will confirm.
