The divide by rich and poor continues to rise. Quick build more concrete walls to keep out the poor.

Duhh, how far into the future do rational, logical common sense humans believe this trend is sustainable?

..."Montana is known for sweeping plains, towering mountains and expansive national parks. Soon, income inequality might be added to that list.
The Western state has the dubious distinction of ranking first nationwide when it comes to fastest-growing income inequality, according to a recent report from career website Zippia based on U.S. Census Bureau data."....

Income inequality is touted as evil by the left, but all it is is people who work the hardest rising to the top.
Have a billion dollars and give away half people will whine you still have half a billion. Some have money some don't. Want to help the poor do it yourself.
It all depends on tax policies. The States is known to side with rich people, namely banks, and disregard the poor and the middle class, so I am not surprised about the tremendous inequality going on in this country.

It's not that complicated. Do you want less rich people and more middle-class families? Put more taxes on the rich and use these taxes in more social projects.

No, it is touted as an incorrect way forward for having ecologically long term sustainable future for humanity.

Poor >----divide growing------< Wealthy i.e.  is not healty pathway forward for humanity

Poor <---fat middle---> Wealthy i.e. is the most viable pathway forward and has nothing to do with your "evil" classification/terminology

--> @Mharman
SJW Income inequality argument falls apart when they are asked to tax black athletes and entertainers at a 90% rate.
--> @IlDiavolo
Unproductive people don't create wealth, so it's only fair to side with productive people.
--> @Greyparrot
Yoohoo, waves, over here, yoohoo look over here.............................it's reality, come over and visit before your body dies, it's too late for your brain.

They're unproductive if government doesn't give them social assistance.

And yeah, it's fair to side with rich people when it comes to finance wars, terrorists and dictators.

Reality = The divide by rich and poor continues to rise. Quick, build more concrete walls [ |||||||||||||| ]  to keep out the poor.

Reality = wealth is the natural resources of planet Earth. Who created uranium, coal, fresh water?

Duhh, how far into the future do rational, logical common sense humans believe this growing divide between rich >----- and -----< poor is sustainable?

Reality = who created sushine, wind and ocean waves?

Reality = poor equals unproductive? Where is the evidence?

Reality = unproductive equals people without a job?  Where do jobs come from?

Reality = idio-ump inherited 400 mllion dollars from his father for unproductive an failure at most what he did.

The actual case is more often the opposite of this sentiment.

One of Karl Marx's shortcomings.
--> @mustardness
The 1% helped society significantly for their wealth.  If it wasn't for the 1%, we would be living like the Amish.  Who made computers?  The 1%.  Who made most to all of the artificial things that are good in our life?  The 1%.  The 1% delivers technological progress to the world.  They should not be punished with communism or taxes for that.
--> @Greyparrot
Yes, sure, this is the case in the US where there is such an obscene inequality growing more and more. Americans don't care about it, of course, as long as they keep wars in the Midlle East.

By the way, this kind of tax policies are applied in social democrat countries, especially in Europe. They understand that their people are an important asset for their development, which is why they socially support them, giving them a fair quality of life like good education, good housing, good healthcare, good social security. All of it at a low cost.

Venezuela has income equality. Everyone who does not have a gun is starving. Thank you Karl Marx.

Also, Europe stopped caring about "their" people the moment they allowed an invasion from the south.
--> @IlDiavolo
The USA also has the richest poor on the planet, as well as the largest percentage of people in the middle class. If that means we have to suffer the pangs of jealousy from billionaire over-achievers...well that's an easy decision for sane Americans to make.

America is one of the few places where exceptionally gifted people are allowed the freedom and opportunities to reach their full potential.

Pol Pot would not approve.
--> @Greyparrot
I guess you didn't get noticed American middle class has been declining since the 90s, which means only one thing, that inequality in the US is getting higher since then. Actually, Canada has a bigger middle-class than the US in percentage, and in this country despised by Americans people pay a lot of taxes.

You would care more about equality in your country, no matter that you're just a bird.
--> @IlDiavolo
Lol that was not my claim, but it's a nice strawman.

BTW income equality does not mean prosperity.

Ask Pol Pot how that turned out, Karl Marx would be sad.

Free countries = equal opportunity.

Marxist nations = equal outcomes.
--> @Greyparrot
You said the US has "the largest percentage of people in the middle class",  and according to the last sentence it refers to the whole planet. Come on, bird, where is the strawman?

Adam Smith would be proud of America. Lol.
--> @IlDiavolo
Once we secure the southern border from the hordes of unproductive people fleeing socialist dystopian shitholes like guatemala, honduras, and venezuela, wealth will increase in America, and so will outcome equality. A win-win for both marxists and libertarians.
--> @mustardness
Quick, build more concrete walls [ |||||||||||||| ]  to keep out the poor.

Lol we can already see the agenda behind your bullshit nonsense post.

People are either born into wealth, get lucky playing the lottery, or work their ass of for their money.

People who aren't born into wealth and/or don't have luck on their side need to work their ass off for money. But they don't like working hard, do they? Might as well steal the money from the people who busted their ass to earn it because you're lazy.
--> @IlDiavolo
The Democrats took all the Middle Class jobs away
--> @Polytheist-Witch
The Democrats took all the Middle Class jobs away
And that middle class is shrinking. The divide between rich and poor is growing and Trumpanzees reject this truth - fact.

Trunpanzees reject the facts - truth that a growing divide between wealthy and poor is non-sustainable pathway for humanity.

Typical American attitude, you first cock entire countries up and turn a blind eye later.
--> @IlDiavolo
USA didn't tell South America to go full tard socialist.

Are you implying if USA stopped meddling and gave zero foreign aid to South America that they would not have gone full stop Marxist?

Simon Bolivar would be sad.
--> @IlDiavolo
People like this guy are responsible for nearly all of South America's cuck ups.
