I am making this a public thread because I think any private method of handling things with mods goes absolutely nowhere on some topics.

I do not fully know the limitations of First Amendment protections in US. This website is not a US only website.

This is not a callout thread aimed at 1 or 2 users, this is an issue I have seen repeatedly here. Not always but repeatedly.

If this website wishes to be present in any nation at all other than US and probably US too, it has to immediately begin censoring certain topics or both the owner and users can get in trouble.

This is not made for drama or games of who threatens who with legal action. This is cold hard reality.

In the past the general issue was hate speech law violations. With some users using full n word regularly and making such threads more now it does start to broach the law of what a website is allowed to be accessible in most non US nations.

However, that is not the biggest issue.

In 'Satire' the website is having a user right now with profile poc of Trump and a swastika. That user means it in resentment to trump but the image looks as if he is glorifying Nazism and trump. Therefore it comes under illegal pro Nazi imagery in all of Europe.

The real issue is beyond that, if a wsbsite doesnt ban and ASAP delste content that puts it in legal jeopardy then it can get very serious. This is no longer about what I said prior... No.

This is about active users here being fake banned to repeatedly advocate full on pedophilia.

This is about bestiality being actively advocated for as well.

It all stacks up. There are laws that cover website designed to attract such people to chat about those urges (they dont even need to publicly the thread is the flag wave and they then DM and collaborate and share vile content etc) this is getting to a point either the mods and owner take it 100% serious or 100% serious things can happen to the website and all of our posts will be scrutinised. 

This is not paranoia, nor exaggeration. At this point it is not even theoretical anymore, this website is plausibly one report away from legitimate warrants being issued given the content.

This is a thread meant for the owner to read. It is not meant as some drama to the mods.

You mean Sidewalker's profile? I mean, no one ever complained about that.

The only good decent country in Europe is Sweden. Besides, if site isnt even located in Europe, then it doesnt matter. Britain doesnt rule the waves. Not anymore.

Its not right now. Sure, there is text about it from past. Are you saying it should be deleted completely? Thats not very nice. People put effort into debating here. It comes at the great expense of free time. You should instead say "thank you" to people willing to debate what others dont.

Also remember that cowards dont go to Valhalla. Gods, bless our battle!

Really, really? When I talk with mods, it is never about reporting some person. I dont even remember ever reporting anyone here. I also dont think mods like being bothered about constant user reports. Mods probably want to be treated like all other users and its very disrespecting to treat them as means to enforce your private will.

    I am glad you are back. Site has more activity this way. Also, someone really needs to start accepting those debates of new users. Also give them new ones to debate here. I noticed site does put some limits on new users when I made this new account. Like, cant accept any rated debates. Cant start any topics.

    The stone parable is about literal death penalty btw, it is not metaphorical at all. It solely meant Christians shouldnt anymore deal death penalty how Jews did.

    Issue is Roman Caths did have death penalty... So yeah... There was an issue.

    The woman committed adultery there. It was one of the most serious crimes there, even directly listed in 10 commandments. However, Jesus said that he doesnt judge the woman at all.

    No he didnt. He gave her a chance to live so she could rectify things with him befire dying later. If he had killed her there she would be going to Hell by his own judgement which he didnt see as fair since so far he had barely revealed himself for her to have had faith in and remeber he also claimed from then on the only way to the Father is through him.

    Also, we know that Jesus had all power on Earth, yet he did not use his power to hurt anyone. He only helped people by healing them all and used his words to make them better. Jesus never hurt anyone.

     ^^ Seat of God means both Jesus and Father as Jesus sits to the right of Father. Holy Spirit doesnt do judging, his relational role is different. Jesus plays good cop, Father plays bad cop. Both judge.


    Acts 10:42 (ESV)
    42 And he commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one appointed by God to be judge of the living and the dead.

    ^^^ Second coming, Father lets Jesus have final say on who truly stays im Hell forever vs who makes it to the 'true heaven' forever (confusing I know, its seems the current Hell and Heaven are temporary)

    Father runs Hell btw, not Satan, Satan running hell is a Protestant heresy. Satan is here with us, so are all demons. They are not in Hell much if at all.

    It says God loves all people. He is all good. If Jesus says that not hurting evil people means acting like God does, then clearly God doesnt hurt evil people. In fact, God enabled evil people to exist because he loves all.
