Okay, I was asked to tell more about my religion, so people could prove it wrong.

Well, lets start.

The 4 parts of Draconian are:
1. Knowledge
2. Power
3. Liberty
4. Magic

These parts are not separated from each other. They are fully connected. Knowledge increases the other 3, and each of these 4 increases all others.

The difference between Draconian, path of the Dragon, and other religions is:
1. Draconian teaches a way to obtain knowledge. Instead of just giving knowledge to its followers, Draconian takes a different approach. It teaches rituals, prayers, meditations and magic which then increase knowledge of the user. It teaches its followers to pray to Gods to give them knowledge. Most knowledge gained from Draconian is gained by it being provided by Gods, rather than being read or heard somewhere.
2. Draconian has no any moral system. Draconian isnt based on teaching right and wrong. The right knowledge will be provided by Gods themselves to guide the person towards becoming more God like. Draconian teachings are path which naturally leads person to his correct destination.
3. Draconian defines becoming more like God simply by increasing knowledge, liberty, power and magic. These are characteristics of a God, and being closer to these directly means being more God like.
4. The Draconian teaches that everything is connected and everything is the will of the Gods. In this sense, there is no any good and evil. There is only what Gods create and what Gods destroy.
5. Draconian believes in countless Gods and powerful beings. Rather than being limited to a specific set of Gods, Draconian encourages worship of almost any of Dark Gods. In Draconian books, you will find Lilith, Lucifer, but also Arachne, Set, and countless other Gods. Draconians are polytheists in two ways: We believe that there are many Gods, and we believe that even one God can have many forms. Praying to multiple Gods is encouraged.
6. Draconian path is special in a way that instead of trying to reduce individual, it increases him. Instead of trying to tell individual what to do, it tells individual how to achieve what he wants. Instead of having religious leaders which give orders, it has no any specific leaders. In fact, the path of Dragon is very personal and everyone is seen as unique in their own way. No person can be a leader and give orders to others. Each person must lead himself into becoming God. There can be no force of any kind, as that would harm knowledge, not increase it.

In this sense, Draconian path is a path to empower a person towards becoming much better in knowledge, liberty, power and magic. It is based on making individual stronger, rather than making him subject.

I love stories with xenofiction and in that category I love stories with dragons, specifically dragons who are intelligent and make choices like humans do.

In stories the point isn't to have only heroes and only villains, but to explore how both interact and how people become one or another.

Stories where dragons are the devil, a mindless monster, are less interesting. The hobbit for example is an awesome book,  but if it was just Smaug being evil and nothing else it wouldn't be.

What does the idea of the dragon mean in these stories? It represents power, and the reason I find them most interesting when their minds are human-like is because that combination forms a symbol.

The sapient dragon (in a world full of beings weaker than him) represents the human being with unique power. When a man has no power he can be good or evil in his heart, but there is a limit to the good and evil he can do in the world. Plenty of interesting stories to tell about that, but it isn't the big picture without powerful people.

They're so powerful that to deprive them of liberty takes a concerted effort of many. Do they deserve that deprivation? Is power itself a sin or is the sin in the abuse of power? etc...

...

What you describe in the OP is like a good sapient dragon story with the meaning ripped out.

"Draconian has no any moral system."

Physics has no moral system, but it matters because reality exists and behaves that way. Dragons aren't real. The devil isn't real. Lilith, lucifer, arachne, and set are not real. Nobody needs a religion to tell them that "knowledge is power and power means something or other so figure it out."

Frankly, it wouldn't even be an interesting book; which is not to say that plenty haven't tried to make books (and TV shows) that have no theme and no coherent explanation for what happens.

A religion is essentially a story, a story that people love so much that they start to believe its real. I can easily see how the great religions of the world became great. They all have very good stories behind them.

I can also see why whatever the hec this is is not a great religion.

Never read her, and it's not looking likely that I ever will.

A human skull. I've always been suspicious of people who are enamored with death and corpses. Some (I'm sure) are nice people, but it creeps me out.

Well, fine. She is a very popular writer on the Draconian religion. You said such stories would be boring, but have you read one?

Its fake, meant to help in summoning spirits. She is not focused on necromancy. Most her works are about meditation with magic.

I saw the new topic, and instantly thought, more BK nonsense.

So do you have dragons in the hen house too.

But hey, if it involves a lot of nudity and sex, I'm in.

Well, I did build a brand here.

My house is an open home to many spirits and demons.

It does. My religion has entire books about what is usually called "sex magic". We dont fight urges. We give in to urges a lot. We dont condemn sex. We encourage it a lot as a good  way to reach much higher knowledge.

Who is we?

Not you.

As far as I am aware, you still haven't dipped your love sausage into a juicy passion fruit.

When you give in to urges, you're still leaving a sticky mess all over your "entire sex magic books".

I dont question the will of the Gods to give me herpes. There is probably some reason for it there.

Herpes is a common virus, not necessarily an STD.

Herpes is common in chickens.

Always wash your hands and penis when you've been cuddling your birds.
