So I gave food to a cat thinking I was doing something good, but later she gave birth to 4 kittens and then brought them to me. So now I must care for them too. Why does God punish me like this when I do something good? Am I a joke to you?

Taking care of four kittens will turn into a huge responsibility. If it becomes too much, you can check for local shelters in your area.

I live in a 3rd world country. No any shelters for cats where I live. The best I can do is gift them to people so someone else cares for them.

While I recognize one God, the Father, to whom I owe all and complete allegiance, respect, and worship, I also acknowledge Jesus Christ, his Son, and the Holy Spirit thus a trinity of separate, distinct and individual gods. But I also believe there are infinite generations of gods whose existences are effective for other residents of other worlds in the universe, as these three are concerned with our world. Thus, I am really a polytheist, but only one of them do I know by name: Jesus Christ. That's okay; I have time to learn more, eventfully.

Cats should not be fed or taken care of by humans. They are natural predators, as thus, when they are fed, they give up their hunting habits. They are evolving in that way: cats used to walk strategically so that they leave less footprints but thanks to humans hosting them in ultra-safe environments, cats started to lose their cautious walking. Cats have their own population equilibrium if they are not fed by humans but since humans are flooding them with food, they are now overpopulated. All of these while cats are no longer hunting and are no longer eliminating mosquitos, mice etc.
Since cats are not hunting and thus serving population equilibrium of those species, they are also getting overpopulated. Humans should stop feeding cats completely.
