The mod team has banned leshwanda for racism which is not a bannable offense nor is it even accurate to claim they are racist for acting black. If you are not allowed to act black on this site it's actually pretty racist of the site. 


This ban is inappropriate and it's absurd. On top of the account not breaking any rules in the new COC. It's the one account that if it remained active could increase retention rate on the site. 

This was done with no community discussion and against the wishes of the community and I am requesting the unjust ban be overturned.

I am enacting my veto power as president of the site in hopes that the rule of law here will be honored a leshwanda will have her account back. 

I don't like using my veto power. I prefer to work with the mods instead of of going over their head but the veto power is being invoked. Please respect it and if you want to ban leshwanda after a veto than the community must be respected and it is to take place only after a fair trial.

I never reported Lashwnda, but I am glad they are gone, as I suspected them of being a sock puppet account, a not obvious enough parody, and their (In my view) excessive language. . . Also spam.
Were I a Mod or President, I'd support such a ban.

That is the old of COC and while some still applied you can even see that going by that one, obvious impersonations are allowed and the chief reasons for the ban are not listed in the COC.

They ought include a disclaimer on that old COC then.
