Anyone seen this show? I would say season 1 is one of the best seasons of TV I’ve ever seen. Think of it often

I'm addicted. This show doesn't get nearly the clout it deserves.

Insane how much I want Helly R to get revenge on her outie. "I want her to wake up as the life drains out of her and to have her know it was me who did it."

Every Apple TV series in a nutshell tbh.

One of the only series that is good on it is the Ted Lasso one. I never properly saw it.

I only know some of what is on it due to someone else havinf the subscriotion that let me see some before (probably a contract violation as greedy pig apple doesnt let you share how Netflix does)

Season 2 was a bit sloppy and had some hackish decisions (like not resolving Irving’s storyline) but it was still pretty good. The ending was quite powerful and with a few tweaks I would’ve been fine with the entire show ending there as a semi tragedy

I watched both seasons, and I agree that it was pretty good. Season 2 maybe wasn't as fresh as Season 1, but it helped that going into it I understood what was going on unlike starting Season 1.

The cat and mouse game/conflict between Helly and Helena is by far the best part of the show imo. Really the interactions between the innies and outties in general, I think they handled Dylan’s story very well too and of course the argument between the Marks was a masterpiece. I think a lot about how when Dylan attacked Mr. Milcheck in season 1 even though the other innies had NO clue why, as soon as they pulled him off they were instinctively huddled around/shielding Dylan. All they have in the entire universe is each other

I think a plot element of S3 will be Jame “shutting off” Helena and trying to replace her with Helly. An interesting thing we don’t really notice because the pacing of the show and because of her strong personality is that Helly has only been alive for like a month lol

Season 1 was basically perfect. Season 2 was saved by the concept being so incredibly good, there was a lot of unnecessary fluff which isn’t acceptable in a show where you’re getting ten episodes after three entire years

Started watching this weekend. It's definitely good, but I am immediately very suspicious of it. Straight away it looks like the Lost model again and this show is not going to give any satisfying answers in the end. Just mystery box bullshit all over again.

Sorry, feel like I'm being stung by this shit a lot lately. A lot of unfinished book series where authors are tying their stories up in knots they can't unravel too.

I don't think JJ Abrams did storytelling any favours.

I've loved the show. You're right that S1 is just incredible. I think S2 still works pretty well, even if it's not quite as solid due to a couple of episodes that monkeyed with the pacing and distracted attention from the main plot.

I’ve been a fan from the beginning. Season one will go down in the history books as an all time classic, I can’t wait to show it to my future kids. Season two wobbled a bit but wasn’t horrible, I’m praying for a better season three though. I am hopeful since Dan Erickson has revealed he has the whole plot mapped out already, so it won’t end up being like Lost. If anyone wants a more in-depth look, Adam Scott and Ben Stiller have a podcast where they talk about all the episodes, highly recommend, though you might want to listen on 1.5x speed.
