1. We will need to organise exactly as the degenerates are unified. We must be unified, well stratified and behind a figurehead for the cleanup. I nominate myself. Fauxlaw is another option.
   
2. We must not in any way at all affiliate with any current moderator except David. David alone is who we advocate to. 0 split loyalties permitted. We want all other mods demoted.
   
3. The rest will be told on DMs. David will be able to read DMs once he owns the website. So the contingency of me creating a competitor to this if this final hope fails is to be discussed offsite completely. Details can be discussed on DM about ways to do that.
   
4. You must want the site to be one you show your family and friends with pride. One you feel 0 literally 0 shame saying you participate in regularly let alone moderate and/or are significant in.
   
5. Anyone that has not shown signs of being for a cleanup in their behaviour or allegiances here will not be involved.
   

The last paragraph is literally what we are going to do. We also will be advocating him to cut ties with the mods that have run this place into the ground.

• The current mods, despite their shortcomings, have experience and dedication. Their roles as assets are not expendable, especially now. 
  
• We have no guarantee that the replacements will even be competent, or if they’ll be active. They haven’t proven anything yet. What’s the backup plan if the successors are worse than the predecessors? Another coup?
  
• Most site staff are paid. So any new mods will likely expect some form of compensation. Our current mods are unpaid volunteers who have shown they are fine not being paid.

I have so tested in forum games and ensured I am not biased it is genuinely a double atandard reality. In fact had lashwnda had higher social standing here I reckon thehd have let her keep being as racist as she wanted just like WF and Barney did with Wylted for almost an entire month until David showed up and stopped it.

You have a blindspot. They are why your agenda will fail. Even if mine does too. We share a common enemy, only I accept it. In fact I already thought it beforehand but wondered if once modded Id get to fix the site.

I have those contingencies. I know where we can get population from once the site is cleaned up.

If allowed to take the reigns I will show a different way to run things that does not burden anyone too much.

I will give you a clue:

Right now the only mods that reply fast enough are WF and Barney. Due to this the heads are doing the same job as low ranking secretaries or receptionists.

That is not an insult to what secretaries and receptionists do.

It is a reality.

Despite being so open to contact, due to manipulation strategies and tactical silence, the mods, especially all of the mods who are not Barney, avoid ever defending or addressing anything publicly in a back and forth manner.

All this would alter if I take the reigns.

I won't leak details beyond that. I have a very good plan and the Lord will assist things in mysterious ways if he approves of it. I am waiting to see.

1. You didn't think this through. You saying you won't leak details is actually you saying you don't have any. 
   
2. You're not confident it will work. And you don't want to spill the beans because it would be obvious to everyone else. 
   
3. You plan to do something that you know people will not agree with.
