It would already be collapsed in its cause, purpose and effect to exist via the owner - The author would know it exists. I think the only way to be able to answer the question with no, is to kill the author before he can tell others of the posts existence - but then the post has then killed someone, thus proving that said post did infact exist via collapsing an effect effecting the environment around it.
So, yes.
