There r debate sites that r more active, like debate Island. Depends on how u define 'best'

Whether it's activity or cleverness of arguments if this is the best the anglosphere is doomed.

I find it funny that both users participating in the debate screenshotted by the blog's author are banned. As funny as that, none of the two are RM.
