It sounds more and more like FBI news.

Is it misogynistic to comment on how people dress inappropriately for their jobs?  If they were working as cocktail waitresses I wouldn’t say a thing, but they are supposed to be journalists or at least political commentators. 

If I saw a member of the KKK dressed like that while wearing a white hood and screaming white power! I would definitely comment on how they were dressed liked bimbos.

I'm not sure that the appreciation and/or recognition of bimbos is necessarily misogynistic per se.

Bimbo's clearly perform an essential and dominant social role.

Bimbo means idiotic woman, if you were unaware. It has no connection with being sexually appealing, nor a nymphomaniac, that is a later misinterpretation based on further misogyny.

Well actually, Bimbo originally referred to a young male.

Bimba being the feminine equivalent.

Though the derogatory corruption of the word Bimbo, tends to be used to describe a showy frivolous and seemingly unintelligent women.

Not necessarily idiotic, which denotes any person actually presenting with low intelligence.

But typically, the word idiot also tends to get repurposed as a derogatory term.

Such is language and its development.

Um, no. A dingy blonde who dresses in a boob tube is a bimbo.

An old lady who is stupid and is covered from head to toe would never be called a bimbo. 

Sex appeal and being stupid are the two main characteristics of being a bimbo or a mimbo (male bimbo)
