I unfortunately have to concede. 

While serotonin and dopamine can be increased through goal-oriented behavior, which was going to be my main argument, I learned that oxytocin can easily be increased simply by cuddling with someone, hugging, or nursing your baby.

Just wanted to say one thing that I learned about goals and happiness. It is smarter to break large goals down into smaller, even tiny ones, so you get multiple "shots" of those feel-good chemicals like serotonin and dopamine. This might be helpful for depressed people.
