Description

In this debate we talk about how police should or shouldn't be allowed to use lethal force or violence . Many political problem are occurring because police's use of lethal weapons and violence.

Round 1
Pro
#1
Yes copsshould be able to use deadly force In some cases cops must use deadly forcebecause sometimes the taser just doesnt work on people. Especially if they'reon some quite drug like PCP they'll not stop for a taser because they're goingto not feel it. it's also the officers job to protect his community so ifsomeone goes around shooting people they must need to right to shoot backbecause if the victim contains a gun they have the range and also the upperhand on the officers if they're forced to use a taser
Con
#2
I strongly oppose of the idea that cops should use deadly force, because there have been countless times were it has been used unnecessarily, especially against black people. The unlawful use of police force is unnecessary because, it can violate the right to be free from discrimination, the right for liberty and security, the right of equal protection under the law, and other ill treatment.

Counter Argument:
I respect your opinion but unfortunately i will have to disagree with you.I believe that police use lethal force for their safety
and to serve their community and when you said 1 in 1000 black men can expect killed by police they  probably contain a gun
or was involved in a shooting.

Con

Counter Argument:

You make a good point but I have to disagree, because people with different ethnicity still suffer from police brutality especially in the twenty first century. For example let’s take George Floyd's death, the officer who killed George Floyd used unnecessary force while the victim didn’t have any weapon.
