Resolution:
America shouldn't be involved in the Israel / Gaza and Russia / Ukraine wars.

There's nothing in it for us. It's just a waste of money. We do all these things and what do we get? We don't get anything. What we do get is people pissed off at us. It's a bad deal. And those people were helping, do they care about us? I don't think that they do. I don't think they'll be there for us if we needed help, and it's unlikely that we will need their help. America's chief responsibility is to its citizens, not to police the world. America should be putting its citizens' interests first, and getting involved in these wars is not that. This is putting the interests of other people ahead of our own. It's a mistake.
Anything that should be comes from an objective.
The objective to defend myself, I should raise my arm up to block an attempt of attack.
The objective to protect people living in a country against terrorism, what should be is a defense against the terrorism.
When it comes to wars, one side at least has to start hostility. The objective to counter that makes war. So there should be war when there is opposition with counter opposition.
For instance, the people referred to as people of color believe they're being opposed by the people referred to as white. Which are also the white supremacists. Those that participate in opposition are in war and receive counter white supremacist or counter racist moves. This happens in a "race" war or in the war on the people of color.
I digress.
The involvement of any entity or being opposing what is opposing them is war .
A party or entity should be involved in war as what would constitute it would be countering that which is upon demand to do so within resisting the war itself.
