Managed Monarchy is the best system of government.

It almost feels weird calling myself a Monarchist, but at least to me, Democracy (for the president/prime minister only) is a polarizing and self-destructive way to run a nation. What I want is a Monarch whose power is checked by publicly elected and empowered officials but can make Immediate and hard decisions should need be, with no reason to have public opinion/ re-election as a factor. I don't want a figurehead like the British royals, and there would be a defined age range where they would be fit to rule (With a maximum of course).
