Description

"better to live in" will be defined as having less homicides, less car accidents, higher life expectancy, more anime and higher IQ.

Upon accepting debate, Con agrees to this definition. There will be no changing definitions allowed after.

I made a terrible mistake in description.

""better to live in" will be defined as having less homicides, less car accidents...

I meant to say lower rate of car accidents, not less car accidents (in total) there. I realized it, too late now.

So with that mistake, I am afraid I have to concede before Con even posts his round because topic is unwinnable for me here. I simply cannot make any argument to defend that part. Japan has one of lowest rate of car accidents now, but in total there are more car accidents due to higher total population count.

With that, I finish my round.

It's fine, mistakes happen.
I concede this debate too, so that judges vote it as a tie.

And then you can recreate it.
