Round 1
Hello, what is your reasoning in why dei can benefit
Forfeited
Round 2
Oop,
Sorry, thought that i had more time to publish,
you asked me what my side of the point is so here it is.
in your statement you mentioned that DEI does not benefit ANYONE.
for this statement to be true you would have to show that out of the 8 billion people in the world that this does not have a positive impact on a single person. I am curious on what your stance on this is.
Round 3
So I’ll mainly focus on three classes
Entrepreneurs
Society
And Workers
1. Does not help entrepreneurs the most because if people are hired based on race and not experience, quality and quantity will lack and decrease profits and investors etc
2. Does not help society because it risks safety in jobs like pilots, construction, and others which has factually seen more leniency on requirements for African American and women, which if they are unskilled, it leaves to risks in safety
3. Does not help the workers (the people being hired because of dei) because it lowers the thought that they need to grow and become more strong in their skills, if they know they can slack and have no problem. Also if people can’t work well to rise the ranks, they’ll never get a promotion or such
Forfeited
Round 4
Remember you don’t have enough time, I’ll remake the debate if you want and have it 3 days time
Yeah for some reason I dont get the notification when you respond and then miss it.
Make it for 3 days and have more responses and ill join it.
Be prepared. This person didn't make any kind of argument for this topic.
