I believe that the portions of Poland weren't a blessing as it caused Poland to disappear of the map for around 124 years by 3 Powers being Russia, Austria and Prussia. It caused industrial inequalities as the areas conquered by Prussia have better and larger industries while in the Russian and Austrian parts weren't as industrialised. Also many people especially from the Russian conquered parts were sent to Siberia and many Poles died from the extreme cold of Siberia.
