DEI does not benefit society

DEI is seen to affect 

Capitalists

Workers

And Society as a whole

It doesn’t not benefit society or the capitalists because it allows people who can’t do the job to the bra that’s expected of them, to be unable to let go. While it may been good to see not only Asian people dominating computer sciences, letting an African American in based on nothing but color does not benefit the company, and only drags them. It does not benefit the workers because they are getting a job handed to them and don’t have to work much for anything because they know they are immune in a sense. Therefore, it can prevent merit and critical thinking and problem solving skills, making them lazy, and less likely to grow in charts to get promotions and or enhance their capabilities and talents as people.
