Artificial intelligence is causing people to lose their ability to gather information and think logically, knowing that AI can do it for them. Instead of searching for the simplest thing, they prefer to immediately type something into a chat gpt to avoid thinking or effort – while it's faster, it negatively impacts people's intellectual capacity and ability to focus, and to some extent, it promotes laziness.

Many people are starting to treat AI chat as a confidant and support in difficult times – venting to it and entrusting it with sensitive data. AI will never tell us that our thinking patterns are incorrect, for example, but will only fuel our destructive thoughts, giving us a false sense of support. More and more people (especially women) are even looking for a partner in AI and actually starting to believe they have feelings. This disrupts real-life relationships with other people (choosing AI over a real friend/partner/therapist) and has a devastating impact on the psyche.

AI has a terrible impact on the environment – it wastes vast amounts of clean, cold water to cool servers. Okay. Two bottles of clean water per person. This is especially important now, when the UN itself has declared that we are entering an era of 'global water bankruptcy.' The world is running out of water, and we're using it for something so unnecessary.

AI is destroying the concept of art and advertising. How can we know if a product is actually worth recommending when we only see its generated version? The art of real artists is losing its importance, as many people prefer to simply reach for free AI plagiarism. I probably don't need to mention how many people are losing their jobs.

    Sztuczna inteligencja może być uzasadniona w nauce, w przypadku której nie jest to konieczne. Ludzie mogą na przykład zastosować leki bez niej. Jest pomocna, ale jej negatywne skutki, które powodują korzyści.

    Co więcej, gdy studenci i uczniowie są obecnie prezentacjami lub inne materiały naukowe z wykorzystaniem sztucznej inteligencji, które kiedyś wymagają użycia własnego umysłu i wiedzy, poziomu edukacji publicznej spada. Sztuczna inteligencja często powoduje błędy logiczne lub zniekształca fakty, wprowadzając użytkowników w błędzie. Umiejętności podstawowego myślenia ludzi, którzy zanikają.

    Ludzie mogą ograniczać się do bardziej szczegółowych zadań, ale w rzeczywistości ma to dwie strony medalu – jak wszystkie zawody kreatywne, wiele osób stosujących w technologii informatycznej zdolność śledzenia.
     
    Sztuczna inteligencja może mieć pewne teoretyczne zalety, ale z wpływem na świat i ludzi gorszych, a nie lepiej (jak to nazwałem w swoim rozprawie).

    The purpose of Artificial Intelligence is not to make humans redundant, but to make them "superhuman." Just as there were objections when calculators or computers were first introduced—technologies that ultimately moved the world forward—AI is likewise making the world a better, faster, and more advanced place.

    Although humans can use medicine without AI, AI has made drug discovery and disease diagnosis incredibly faster and cheaper.
    Developing a new drug or vaccine used to take 10 to 15 years, but AI now analyzes millions of chemical formulas in days, reducing this timeline to mere months.
    AI algorithms are diagnosing diseases like cancer and blindness earlier and with greater accuracy than human doctors, saving millions of lives.

    The perception that AI is lowering the quality of education is incorrect; instead, it is modernizing traditional and outdated educational systems. Every student learns at a different pace. AI customizes lessons according to each child's needs, giving struggling students an equal opportunity to excel.
    Students use AI for presentations not to cheat, but as a "personal tutor" that explains complex scientific theories in simple language. This does not limit thinking; it opens new doors for research.

    While it is true that AI occasionally makes mistakes (hallucinations), it is overall far more accurate than humans in data processing and logical calculations.
    Hazardous jobs like mining, heavy factory work, and space exploration are now handled by AI and robots, keeping human lives safe.
    Delegating daily, repetitive office tasks to AI frees up time for humans to focus on more important, creative, and strategic work.

    Although, as I mentioned, AI doesn't only have negative effects and has many positive properties, the negative effects still outweigh the positive ones and are more visible. The negative effects of AI, which I discussed in the previous arguments, are already visible and affect ordinary people who don't engage with scientific research on a daily basis. To assess the positive effects of AI, we must look at the broader perspective and very far into the future. Seeing the negative effects already visible, the situation will only worsen. Thinking about the future, we are certain that the introduction of AI will have negative consequences, and applying it to help people requires financial and labor resources anyway, which people don't need because they are capable of developing without it.
