Ok so first let's define "better". I will be defining "better" as something that is better for the majority of people financially/mentally. Capitalism is very efficient. Communism, although it has many definitions, tends to have an element that the elites don't want you to think about which is "what if the workers got the profits?" Currently how the law works all around the world is if you finance a business you own it and can extract profits from it. I propose that a more intelligent government would responsibly take citizens taxes and decide what to fund. Of course this government would have to be entirely democratic or else the system would collapse under corruption. The government would act as the allocator of the publics funds for businesses and entrepreurs would have to fund 10% of initial startup costs to get 15% of the businesses profits. Enough to keep them motivated, but enough to keep the bulk of the cashflow flowing back to the government. The smartest trick that elites have pulled is tricking you into thinking all government is the same and will demolish the public, though by the anarchist definition of government the government that i'm proposing is not a government at all because it is direct democracy.

What would the government use all this money for? Giving multipliers to wages (ex 3X or whatever the multiplier would be). Smarter to let the market decide wages and then multiply based on that. The publics angel investment funds would be used to pay the difference (ex the 2X of the 3X). People would also be refunded for their taxes as if they never paid (just draw from the profits pool).

There's a reason why it's illegal for poor people to be angel investors and are only allowed to pile money onto the top, giving it to rich people who have invested at the bottom. It's really that simple. Anything that attempts to let the public invest in the start of companies is illegal for a reason. It's where all the money is to be made and it would make the nature of modern capitalism very obvious. That said, there is plenty of reason to keep capitalism at its core. History is the clash of thesis and anti-thesis. Elites don't fear pure communism - that stifles innovation, profit, and war potential because everyone would be too satisfied with their lives. Markets are needed to breed mentally ill looksmaxxers who will do anything to climb the ranks. Markets destroy community and make everything about the vague social currency we call money. We worship celebrities and fill the void of community with parasocial relationships. For what? For fun? Fuck no. It's because it's very efficient. No country is going to become fully communist because it wouldn't be real competition. Just people living in dirt huts ahh and not all that interested in technology. Markets are the true everyman for himself destruction of tribe and community that is needed to bring revenue in and make a strong military. Would full communism (that is without a market) be a threat if it existed? Yes, of course, but a "simple" idea that is much more in line with the current state of things such as forcing new businesses to be 90% citizen owned would be much, much more of a threat.
