Round 1
Greetings.
Looking for serious available participants as I've come across many individuals who aren't.
Are you prepared to deal with this topic using the scriptures?
Hello. I am ready whenever you are.
Round 2
You're the affirmative. Present the scriptures.
You made yourself the instigator. You have the burden of proof. I do not know why you're wasting rounds.
Round 3
Alright since you can't bring any scripture in which YOU ARE THE AFFIRMATIVE AND YOU ARE TAKING THE POSITION......that the scriptures teach God is three persons and I say it doesn't, there is NO SCRIPTURE THAT SAYS GOD IS THREE PERSONS.
Do you see why you as the affirmative have to present scriptures for this?
I'm the negative that says there are none so I CAN'T PRESENT ANY.
If you actually have scriptures to contend your position, why not give them?
Scripture says contend for the faith.
Truly the rounds are not wasted because it is being displayed IN MY FAVOR that the opposing side has nothing to contend for.
If you believe in what you do, contend for it.
That's how you do this son.
I got Jesus saying in John 4 God is a spirit.
Trinitarians say God is three persons. Scriptures say don't add to his pure words.
Instead of believing in what Jesus said, y'all go beyond that.
Now I can't go beyond what scripture say so I'm not going to have scriptures that's supposed to meet your burden because they don't exist.
I rest my case.
1. I already accepted and put evidence on the other site to which I am waiting your response.
2. You put yourself going first. That's not my fault. That's your fault.
3. Argument from silence doesn't disprove anything.
4. You said scripture says a lot of things. You did not quote scripture, which according to the rules you put "quote exactly" means that you forfeit the debate. Or are these arbitrary rules for when someone else does it to you?
Round 4
I agree that the scriptures do not say God is three persons.
Neither one of us can get that scripture.
I yield this debate in my favor however.
You can yield whatever you want in your favor you still have yet to follow the parameters you set lol. You already lost before you started. It honestly shows your own character when you cannot follow your own rules. Oh and by the way... tell me how you would put the burden of proof on a negative claim (hypocrisy?). Crazy no?
Round 5
Case closed.
The opposite side got nothing.
Yeah man you got me. The guy that thinks a father is his own son and then gets confused by his own reasoning. Oof. Whatever shall I do. lol
