I believe everything in life comes in opposites.

There are times when you are hungry and times when you are not.

There are times when you are thirsty and times when you are not.

There are times when you are resting and times when you are not.

There are times when you are working and sweating, and times when you are not.

There are times when you are cold and times when you are not.

If you try to never be hungry, by eating all the time, you will feel worse.

If you try to never be thirsty by drinking water all the time, you will feel worse.

Cycles are about the switch of good and evil, the switch between two opposites, the switch between something and lack of something.

The more cycles you have in life, the more interesting your life will be.

For example, being thirsty for a whole day and then drinking water at the end of the day feels great.

Being hungry for a day and then eating a little feels great.

The cycles teaches that everything must have beginning and end.

If you try to do same thing all the time without opposite to counter it, you will fail.

@Best.Korea
I have four cycles.

But sometimes I enjoy walking.

So are cyclical events the same as opposites.

Though I certainly like to run with the Yin and Yang idea.

Yes, as long as when one event is happening, the other is not.

You are apparently into the occult so I guess I can share this wisdom with you. There is no such things as opposites. Watch:

There are times when you are hungry and times when you are not.
Both are the same thing but on the spectrum of hungry/full

There are times when you are thirsty and times when you are not.
Thirsty/full spectrum

There are times when you are resting and times when you are not.
Tired/awake spectrum

There are times when you are working and sweating, and times when you are not.
Relaxed working spectrum

There are times when you are cold and times when you are not.
Temperature spectrum

It's more hermetic principles than satanic but the thirst spectru lm for example. If you go to the far left you die of thirst. The far right you get water drunk and also die.

Too cold you freeze to death, too hot you burn to death.

These are  also pendulums. They are always swinging. The pendulum in American politics right now has gone so far left that a moderate like Donald Trump is considered far right and leftists consider Obama a centrist or even right winger. . That pendulum usually swings just as far the opposite direction. The further left it swings the further right it swings.
.
That's why we saw GERMANY end up with Hitler. Prior to Hitlers rise. Weimer allowed mothers to pimp out daughters were on the cutting edge of transitioning men into women were heading towards extreme communism and had antifa street thugs attacking capitalists until the pendulum created brown shirts to even it out.

The trick is to try and resonate around the center of the pendulum to get what you want and to have some sort of stability.

The pendulum works in other ways. Too kind you end up being a slave to the whims of others. Too mean and you end up in prison.

Cowardly and brave are on th same pendulum. Too cowardly and you never make progress because you always run away. Too brave and you die fighting a bear or something.

I won't deny cycles but the pendulum can often look like a cycle due to swinging back and forth between extremes

I agree that there is spectrum, there are degrees of things.

However, cycles help me better to explain these things easier.

For example, a spectrum of 0 to 5 on hunger would have to be explained something like:
"Hunger always at 0 is bad. Its better to have hunger at 2 and 3 for a day, and then 0."

Its a longer way of explaining, and I kinda try to explain things in a simple way.
