Is tarot and coin flip always 50$% correct in yes or no questions?

In the first 9 results, which are Yes, tarot will guess Yes about 50% of the time.

So maybe 4 out of 9 will be guessed yes, or 5 out of 9.

In the last one, 10, tarot has about 50% chance of guessing No.

So even when chances are 90% for something to happen, tarot still has 50% chance of predicting if it will happen or not.
