I'd need to see actual video him doing that to believe it with how often he is lied about or taken out of context.

I personally kind of take the sedevacantist position in terms of the pope Francis .

I do know that JD Vance is qualified to be pope as technically any Catholic can become pope. It would also give the Catholic church access to nukes

Not once in the video you linked does he laugh at the pope dying like you claim here.

Yes a light hearted joke to make the reporter feel at ease which he immediately takes back and says he doesn't have a preference on who the new Pope will be.

Try to be more charitable when interpreting the actions of others the portrayal before I watched the video made it seem like Trump was laughing like a mustache twirling villain at the popes death and then declaring himself pope after mocking the popes death.
