I think Jehovah's witnesses are obviously more peaceful than Catholics. Catholics do participate in wars a lot. Jehovah's witnesses dont participate in wars. Their teachings forbid it.

As described in their book, the goal of religion is to bring peace. Their religion brings peace by banning war for their members. This is much better for achieving peace now.

Catholic church allows tobacco smoking but anything in excess can harm you.

Consider what you are really saying, is knocking on doors, shoving leaflets in boxes and pressuring and gaslighting peoppe to convert whike denying blood transfusions to their own children what you call peaceful?

Caths fight evil, JW fight imaginary ghosts.

Smoking is harmful, yes.

Consider what you are really saying,
Facts?

None of those are participation in wars, yes.

Caths fight evil, JW fight imaginary ghosts.
So JW dont fight, thus are more peaceful.

A census in May 1939, six years into the Nazi era and a year following the annexations of Austria and Czechoslovakia into Germany, indicates that 54% of the population considered itself Protestant, 41% considered itself Catholic, 3.5% self-identified as Gottgläubig
So Catholics and Protestant supported Hitler. Catholic Church did fight many wars historically too. Only now when it has no power, it pretends to be peaceful. But catholics still fight in wars around the world.

Same cannot ever be said for Jehovah's Witnesses. They are more similar to Jesus. Jesus didnt fight in any war.

Wrong. Protestants did. So much so that Hitler converted out of Catholicism and into a 'Church of Germany' vague protestantism in order to win votes.

In a speech in 1932, Hitler declared himself "not a Catholic and not a Protestant, but a German Christian".[11] The German Christians were a Protestant group that supported Nazi ideology.[12] Both Hitler and the Nazi Party promoted "nondenominational" positive Christianity,[13][14]

Why didnt then Catholics in nazi Germany opposite Hitler instead of being members of his military?

They did. The entire voting base for those against Hitler heavily relied on Catholics. Catholics were the ones to hide the Jews in their basement the longest and most often, snitching the least.

They were forced against their will by high ranking Protestants in the Nazi military and police force.

Between 1939 and 1945 more than 17,000 Catholic German priests and seminarians were conscripted into Hitler's Wehrmacht. Men who had devoted their lives to God found themselves advancing the cause of an abhorrent regime.

The Nazis found Jehovah's Witnesses' refusal to swear allegiance to the Nazi regime or to participate in military combat a threat to the Nazi state. On 1 April 1935 the Nazis made it illegal to be a Jehovah's Witness and more than 8,000 people were sent to prisons or concentration camps.

Lets see what Jesus really said about violence:

"I tell you, do not resist an evil person."

Hmm...

So who now follows this better, JW who dont resist, or Catholics who do? Did Jesus even resist people who came to torture and kill him?

I guess JW win.

If you don't have to fight and can combat the evil peacefully, do so.

When there is 0 other option, then just war occurs.

JW are peaceful in a literal sense of violence maybe. They are not peaceful in their way of spreading or forcing children to stay in the faith.

No, you always have the option to not fight.

Well, duh, thats the topic.

As long as they dont participate in a war, the only conclusion thats left is that they participate in peace. Like Jesus 🥰🥰

Those are 2 choices. So not 0 choice. Better to die than to fight for evil. Yay for JW again!

I am thinking about becoming a Christian for a week or two to show what true Christianity is.

No, Jesus never hurt anyone, not even very evil people.

No, Jesus didnt judge any gays or trans.

No, Jesus never told anyone to hurt anyone.

Really guys, just take notes and write down all Jesus's actions, and then compare them to yours to see if they match.

Ask to speak to a Catholic Priest privately. Ring a local church, see if he has time.
