I feel like the theme may be something like game shows filmed in California vs other places and I think cash cab was filmed in New York I believe fear factor was filmed in California because Joe Rogan mentioned an episode in skid row on his podcast once.
If anyone else wants to say there's was filmed in New York I will give him a pass but this shit is bothering me and he may be upping his game due to the tournament he was just in and renewed excitement so the try heading is t giving him a pass for me.

Initially I had felt Mikal was selling what he did from last game a little too hard… I also find it weird that everyone kept quiet the second I asked my questions from earlier, especially for someone who started the game like a rocket… but maybe that means he’s not selling it if he stopped?
The reads give me pause. They look legit, when I think about the two players he did choose to pressure. Admittedly I’m having an equally hard time reading him now.
I’ll think I’ll just drop my first impression and reset, look elsewhere for clues on him.

So based on this most recent response, your first impression was on Mikal. From where I’m sitting anyway, his behavior doesn’t surprise me. It’s a little weird that, given his somewhat scummy read on me, he hasn’t lobbied for anyone else to VTL me like he did last game. I’m not sure if that means he’s just testing the waters and see how people respond or what, but he’s certainly not as dedicated to it this time around. Not sure how to read that either.

One was old vs new then everyone started claiming to be post 2000 and I am pretty 2000 at least before the remake then when savant I thought soft claimed cash cab then I was thinking California vs New York it still could be that but he claimed California perhaps he was cash cab but had to scramble for a new claim or something I don't know

Yeah, I dropped it for a bit because I didn’t think I could get it with the theme in play. Should be able to use it alright here assuming there’s a clear enough split.
And I’m good with getting character claims at least from inactives, especially if we’re left hanging through the day. I don’t think Moozer has posted.

I disagree a bit. At worst it makes them use their options off the rip. If they do have a fake character claim and it’s ousted early. It’s an option they don’t have to pull out of a hat layer. Especially if night actions or claims do not line up. Locking a few people down to hard specifics day phase 1 never hurts imo. If they are telling the truth great, it all lines up. If there is inconsistency in information, it’s a reference point.
I never said we shouldn’t pressure anyone, but pressure just for the sake of pressure won’t work here. It worked last game cause we got lucky and scum didn’t have fake claims. We should analyze and strategically pressure
