Every time I am relaxed after. Buzzing. Holy Spirit is real. Even if I felt bad and anxious at the start.

I have been to a Saturday Mass for Easter Vigil but that vibe is very solemn indeed. Still was incredible.

I usually see that praying and religious practices make people much happier. Its a very different form of happiness.

Song and prayer are signs of happiness.

Not always. They can be sorrowful grateful in a 'I don't deserve such kindess' way and angry too.

Boat floating.

I feel the same after my Sunday cycle ride.

S'all to do with brain chemicals and how we inspire their production.

Exercise helps. We move a lot during Cath mass, I have a feeling that helps.

It isnt solely that.

It’s called shifting positions.

Nope. Standing or kneeling upright for an extended period is also exercise eventually.

Standing or kneeling are rigid positions. It lacks flexibility.

Not all exercise is flexibility training.

Not all exercise is flexibility training.
While regular physical activity offers numerous health benefits, it's true that not all exercise is equally beneficial, and some forms can even be harmful. The key is to choose activities that are appropriate for your fitness level and health status, and to avoid overexertion.

They are rigid positions when you are only performing one of them. Repeatedly kneeling and rising is another matter. During Mass, some of the elderly members avoid it.

I tend to stand at the back of the church and kneel on the ground, behind the pews.

Yep, it's the same endorphin rush that you get when you cuddle your hens.

Once you finally get out of bed, that is.

What isn't the same as what?

In general terms, internal responses to sensory stimuli, whether positive or negatively perceived, will be similarly produced.

I certainly don't claim to be a biochemist though, so I cannot explain the precise chemical make up of every reaction.

Spirituality, simply describes one such reaction, though some people like to think of it as some sort of divine intervention...Perhaps this is what you are alluding to.

Nope, you produce your own electro-chemical Holy Spirit, inside your brain.

Religion is an embellished concept, managed internally, same as everything else you do is managed internally.

All require the same management processes.

Thinking otherwise is a delusion, which is just another example of an internally managed and perceived, process and outcome.

So?

All require the same management processes
This makes no sense. You are just repeating what you said before. Just because something is internal doesnt mean everything internal is the same now.

So no one can see how inflexible you are in your positions.

Not sure that this makes sense.

Though for sure, as dictated by the nature of space and time, the ongoing brain event is the ongoing brain event.

Therefore snippets of data are can only ever be similarly repeated.

You are just repeating yourself again. Just because something happens in the brain doesnt mean everything that happens in the brain is exactly same.
