I reread what Lunatic posted when he first introduced the DP1 trivia. He said that mafia gets the 1x politician, so given that mafia had 1 submission, any mafia could use it. So FYPOV, lynching me doesn't stop that threat. I suppose if you want me dead because I'm evil scum, thats one thing, but y'all think I'm town anyway. Lets get to lynching Mhar or Banana and be good, okay?

Well it mitigates it. If scum is either you or Mharman, for example, then in a scenario where scum has the politician, lynching you reduces scum by 1 and the politician wouldn't win them the game. If you're town, then we can afford not to lynch scum today. That's why lynching you today hedges our bets.

Btw I’m not confident you’re town. To be frank, with your role and Austin’s, I’m thinking you’re evil scum. I'm fine with Earth as a lynch just because it would confirm Moozer if he's town and take away the insta-loss of him having the politician vote if he's scum, but we definitely shouldn't rush this phase imo. I want to take a closer look at potential teams outside of that, since either he's paired with someone or we're looking at a rough LYLO depending on if we get a good sensor result.

And again, leaving more time for dropping fake agendas never hurts, I need to emphasize again that if mafia gets the prize today, it's borderline just auto-loss for town.

This isn't true, it's just the narrative that mikal is selling that you seem to be believing. While it's true he is my strongest scum read, I have said POE would be savant and you based on roles. currently I townread you more than savant, so if I had to guess right now who mikal's scum partner is, it would be savant. Several factors, including his willingness to participate in the earth lynch dp1, as well as his refusal to use his role, which could have saved whiteflame last day phase who is presumably our only power role.

I guess I answered this too, but I still scum read him for not using his role. I don't understand his reasoning for not using it earlier on, I do understand not using it late game, but he could have saved whiteflame last day phase which would have been good for POE. Even if he used it on almost literally anyone, even earth would have been beneficial. I know he dies, but if we can save an extra mislynch from it, or get a lynch on scum we can break even, his role seems too powerful to waste. Now I am wondering if its even a true role claim, we can literally never prove it now. He does have some pro town behaviors, cracking the game and also his general reads and activity for the most part has been good, but the main thing that worries me is that he seems to buy a lot of mikals BS a little too easily, and he seems to smart for that. The fact that he still wants to lynch earth is very worrisome to me.

This also removes the ability that I would have used the mod provided fake claim though, and I was literally the first person to claim a date. The reasoning here is that I can't have chosen the fake claim, and had the janitored claim. So if you are choosing to buy into the janitor theory, then you have to also be banking on the fact that I was that confident in the janitor, or I was just actually town. The chances are that I am genuinely townie and not lying are just as likely in this situation if not more likely than adding the risks of me getting a janitored claim. It's also an extremely frustrating argument because there is like 5 other people the janitor claim is consistent with as far as caseys comments go, so Im defending against something I can't really prove anything against.

I am too inexperienced to even know how to fake something like that. I've only been scum one time, and if  you recall, it didn't go so well for me. I am 100% willing to lynch mikal and have been advocating it for three day phases now.

I was the only one sticking up for whiteflame last day phase, I had wylted in my POE in DP1 despite him being ultimately a null read, and I have defended earth and moozer from being lynched, and I think if I didn't stick up for earth dp1 he would have been lynched. I have been nothing but honest about my role and character, and I even said who I visited before whiteflame confirmed it. This proves absolutely that I am not the janitor, and obviously nothing janky happened to savant, so it should be obvious that I did what I say I did. One of the major reasons whiteflame was lynched was to verify his results, so if he died in vain and people are still suspecting me, then I think anyone who pushed for his lynch did it for opportunity instead and we should look into them. The only thing scummy people can point to that I have done is 1. Mikal thinking that I volunteered too much information, when I literally just gave away that I was after the year 2000, something every single person in the game has given now. And 2. That I am OMGUSing or whatever. Its an extremely weak argument that ignores basically every other point I had on mikal, and dismisses his pushing of earth for the same reasons. I can't be omgusing for other people, only myself, so since the case against mikal doesn't just apply to myself, it can't be omgus. Also I think dismissing a scum read on someone as omgus is a weak and lazy argument. What if I happened to read mikal for anything after he had read me first, does it no matter what just not get to count because he had a scum read on me first? That's kind of an insane argument, and it should be dismissed. 3. The only other argument thats been used against me is just as impossible to respond to because its something I can't defend and thats the assumption that I took caseys claim. I have always been the character I claimed, I softed it early, and I simply don't know how I can respond to that, but it is extremely frustrating knowing that savant has a role that could clear me right now, and he won't use it, so now i have to continue repeating this same nonsense again and again, because these are the only things people repeat as talking points.

Mharman has got to be town. I love this effort from him, and he's also the only one who can smell mikals bullcrap.

Yeah we reduce PoE by one but we also get one less lynch total, so it cancels out. Also if WF had been scum, it would have just been a waste.
