The Doctrines of theology are better to look at to see really what kind of religion they are.
This is ironically thinking in a sola scriptura manner about it.

Scripture say we having the same spirit of faith, let us all speak the same thing. Now what is that faith according to scripture?

According to scriptures, faith is confidence and trust in God, particularly in what is unseen or hoped for, and it is often demonstrated through actions and obedience. It is not just a belief, but a conviction that leads to a life aligned with God's will.

The faith is the holy faith according to the book of Jude .

It makes up or is the substance of things hoped for. But aside for what it makes up , what is it itself ?

Holy.

What kind of faith pleases God?
The Bible also shows us that not just any faith will do. We cannot expect God to be pleased with a faith just because we approve of it. The faith that pleases God is a belief that comes from God, not from some other source or from within ourselves.

Several passages in the Bible, particularly from the Gospels, contain instances where Jesus expresses desires or wishes. These often involve his hopes for humanity, his followers, or the fulfillment of God's will.

Here are a few examples:
  • "I have come to cast fire upon the earth; and how I wish it were already kindled!" This verse expresses Jesus's desire for the transformative power of his message to spread rapidly.

  • "If anyone wants to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me".Here, Jesus outlines the conditions for discipleship, indicating a desire for people to embrace a life of sacrifice and devotion.

  • "If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you". This verse, while not a direct expression of Jesus's own wish, highlights the potential for believers to have their desires fulfilled through a close relationship with him and his teachings.

  • In this passage, Jesus prays for his disciples and for all who will believe in him, expressing a desire for their unity and sanctification.

  • During his crucifixion, Jesus prays, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do." This demonstrates his compassion and desire for forgiveness even for those who are persecuting him

"God wants us to be tame other than in defense of ourselves and others."

Jesus is said to return with Armageddon.

Same old genocidal Yahweh.

Moses tried what you suggest and was denied the promised land for refusing to smash more heads of babies against rocks.

Nice that Jewry still put's man above God.

First dibs on forgiving belongs too the victim. Right?

Jesus was the victim here and not Yahweh. That right and duty to forgive was to Jesus , not the father.

The premise that "Jesus forgave sinners unlike God" is incorrect, as many interpretations of Christianity view Jesus and God as one, and believe Jesus's act of forgiveness is an act of God.

Jesus forgave sinners because he has the authority to do so, and he came to save them.
Furthermore, the Bible shows that God also desires to forgive and offers forgiveness to those who repent, and the message of forgiveness extends through God and Jesus.

Where did you get that quoted bit?

I agree with you, in a sense,  but I do not see where I said that.

Overall, I disagree because you ignored that forgiveness is to the victim first and not to some genocidal and evil God who no one can possibly hurt.

If you ignore my points and let the notions live with deflections, we will not chat much.

God forgave our sins.
1 John 1:9. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

Jesus forgave our sins.
Mark 3:28 "Truly I say to you, all sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter; Hebrews 10:12 but He (Jesus), having offered one sacrifice for sins for all time, sat down at the right hand of God. (This means that forgiveness was finished on the Cross of Christ.)

In Christianity, the concept of forgiveness is central to the teachings of Jesus, who offered forgiveness to those who wronged him and taught that forgiveness is a divine command for his followers.

Jesus demonstrated this by forgiving those who crucified him and by instructing his followers to forgive others, as he taught in the Lord's Prayer and through parables like the one about the unforgiving servant.
Forgiveness is understood as a way to break free from past hurts and bitterness, and it is seen as a gift from God available to those who repent and are willing to extend it to others.

Key Gnostic distortions of Christian doctrine
  • Nature of God
Gnostics believed the God of the Old Testament was a malevolent creator, or "demiurge," who created the evil material world. They proposed a higher, true God existed who was distant and unknowable to the material world.

  • Nature of Jesus Christ
Gnostics denied the incarnation, believing Jesus was only a spiritual being who only appeared to be human (a view called Docetism). They rejected that he was born, suffered, and died as a human being, viewing his physical life as an illusion.

  • Path to Salvation
Instead of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ and his atoning sacrifice, Gnostics taught that salvation is achieved through secret, spiritual knowledge (gnosis) that allows a divine spark within a person to escape the evil material world. This path is only accessible to an elite few.

  • The Material World
Gnostics viewed the material world and the human body as prisons that trap the divine spark within us. This is in direct contrast to the Christian belief in the goodness of creation.

  • Humanity's Problem
Gnosticism posits that the fundamental problem is not sin, but ignorance of one's true divine nature, which is trapped in the material world.

Contrast with traditional Christianity
The early Orthodox Christian Church viewed Gnosticism as a direct contradiction to the teachings of the apostles. The distortions of Gnosticism were so significant that the early church fathers fought against them, with early New Testament epistles directly warning against such teachings. The Orthodox view maintains that salvation is available to all who believe in the historical Jesus, not just a select few, and that the material world is a good creation that will be redeemed and renewed, not escaped.
