Another tip:
Women want to be lied to at times.
It is sexist yet true. I noticed it even in females very close to me.
A man will barely ever directly admit he wants you to lie to him to make him feel good. Women will literally say it and scold you for how honest you were. It could be a haircut she got, it could be anything. They want to be lied to, literally.
I know this is a sweeping generalisation. I am not a young teenager. I have lived being honest and learned the hard way how fast women resent you if you are too honest. Yes, some men do too but the difference is they admit they dislike you for the opinion itself, not the fact you did not lie about it.
Toxic men want you to somehow bend to actually admire them, toxic women want you you to pretend you very much like them.
Its a different type of toxicity. Men hate it being fake and want it being real. It is actually worse at times. The women are content with white lies.

2. Telling random girl you see that she turned you on and that you want to fuck her now
3. Telling people your password

As an autistic person I actually agree with BK/Lucy here.
I had to learn the hard way what he is talking about. Yes he presents it vet
Ruextreme but nearky every autistic person that wasn't raised with super understanding parents had to realise how essential lying is. In fact my dad directly taught me to lie to cope. Like he literally bought me a book on lying to get by. Literally.
He is not a role model to me, I just thought I would clarify something you don't get.
Guys like me and Lucy genuinely got bullied, rejected etc it eben happens to us on here and had to keep adjusting to appease the egoes of popular people.
Look at the difference in someone like Sir Lancelot. He directly lies that he is not going to restrict free speech, I come out saying I will. We actually support similar policies. He lies and backstabs so is resented and worried about less. It is as if non autistic people are generally born with innate capacity to lie with no guilt. I actually think it is possible that in terms of lying as a sin, the autistic lack that particular urge to sin, God designed us at least without that struggle being innate and instead tbe struggle gets gained as we mature ironically.

Selective honesty, masking, and white lies are necessary evils in many social situations. But deception in politics can be incredibly harmful; deception in close relationships can be hurtful and lead to breakups or estrangement; weaponized for manipulation, as in gaslighting, it can cause serious trauma. The quality of a lie is highly contextual. I don't think you can make the argument that they're inherently good or evil.
If everyone was vomit-the-truth honest all the time, it would probably destroy society. But I don't think being an honest person should be understood to mean "be vomit-the-truth honest all the time." Being honest in general is fine enough.

I use it all the time.

My theory is that liars like to make sure they’re being as polite as possible. If you’re trying to get someone to believe your lies, chances are you don’t want to anger them.
Of course there are outliers, I can imagine some people will throw a fit to try and be believed.

I've always wondered how bad is to drop the F bomb as Americans call it. I usually watch series, movies and podcasts in American English and it's very common to hear swear words like fvck, shit, bullshit, crap, mvthafvcka, and once in a while cock-svcka. I never heard the word faggot to be honest so I reckon it's very vulgar and offensive, but the rest is quite common, it's almost like a compliment for people.
I don't swear very often. I'm very selective with these words, it's like a last resort to emphasize an idea, even in formal meetings. And I agree with the relation between swearing and honesty, when you swear it's like speaking from your heart.
As to the F word, I really like it. I'm not a native English speaker but from what I can tell the pronunciation of the F word conveys intention and sincerity, so it's very suitable. What I like the most about the F word, though, is that it's very versatile, you can make several combinations and get different ways to express your feelings, like fk-up, fk-off, fk-down, fk-away, fk-around, fk-through, fk-on,... it's beautiful.
